The various pieces in this outfit have been collected by me over a long period of time, with the shoes being the oldest and the jacket being brand new. I really try (try being the key word) to buy only things that I absolutely love - so I had bought these shoes and clutch, at separate times, because I loved them even though I did not have any definite outfit or occasion for either of them. They both languished, unused, in my closet for a long time, until I bought this cool yellow jacket with the black leather trim and then poof - this entire outfit just fell into place. I love this white jersey dress with the asymmetrical hemline - it is shorter in the front and long and flowy at the back. Unfortunately the day we were taking these pictures, it became super windy and I was worried I was going to fly away in the dress, so I sat down for some of the pictures but then my hair was all over my face. Oh well, we tried :)
